I have been a resident os DCC65 for the past 22 years with 20 of those sitting on the Board of Directors. During this time Eastway Management Inc. has been the property managers. the past 4 years we have had Linda Watt as our Property Manager, Linda is very knowledgeable when it comes to managing the Corporation and its day to day operation as well as her knowledge of the Condominium Act. Linda is easy to deal with and takes instruction directly from the Board on all decisions made.
